The Excellence of Design Meets at JOB&Orienta

Creativity, aesthetic research, and strong technical skills: design is a field that requires vision, method, and the ability to transform ideas into concrete projects. Within the thematic areas of Academies and Universities and Vocational Training at JOB&Orienta, the national exhibition dedicated to guidance, education, training, and work, some of the most renowned institutions from Italy and beyond will be present—confirming the event as a key meeting point where young talents, institutions, and the professional world come together to share ideas and opportunities.

Recognized internationally, the Iuav University of Venice integrates architecture, design, and visual arts into academic programs that combine theory and practice, responding effectively to contemporary needs.
The Istituto Design Palladio in Verona stands out for its approach that blends academic education, design culture, and close collaboration with the business world, training professionals capable of combining creativity and technical expertise.

Among the institutions featured, the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan—one of Italy’s most established design schools—promotes a cultural and interdisciplinary vision of design, in constant dialogue with companies and industry professionals.
Side Academy, on the other hand, brings to JOB&Orienta the world of computer graphics and 3D animation, offering a training model that merges artistic and digital skills to prepare highly specialized professionals for cinema, gaming, and audiovisual production.

Completing the landscape, TheSign Comics & Arts Academy in Florence offers a hands-on and professional approach in the fields of comics, animation, and digital art, while the Scuola del Fumetto brings over thirty years of experience in training authors and illustrators, with programs ranging from traditional comics to concept art, editorial illustration, and character design.
Mind Academy distinguishes itself through courses that combine creativity with emerging technologies.
Similarly, NAD – Nuova Accademia del Design focuses on experiential learning and integrates innovative tools such as virtual reality into its educational process.
Finally, ISFAV – Istituto di Fotografia e Arti Visive “D. Piacentino” completes the picture with courses in photography, graphic design, and visual communication, embracing the contemporary languages of image and media.

The exhibition thus reaffirms itself as a space for dialogue and discovery, where design is presented not only as an aesthetic discipline but as a language capable of interpreting change and shaping the future — an unmissable event from 26 to 29 November 2025.
